Shipping & Return Policy

​At ER-isms, all of our products are made to order and fulfilled through Printful and/or Printify. Because each item is custom printed just for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse, incorrect size, or color choices

 

However, we want you to love what you receive. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control (e.g., carrier delays, customs, holidays). You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.

To report an issue:

  • Email us at info@ER-isms.com with your order number and clear photos of the problem.

  • Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

 

Important Notes:

  • Please double-check your shipping address and size selection before placing your order.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.
